What you share
Our event enquiry form asks for your name, contact information and optional event details, such as date, location, event type, guest count and budget.
How the form works
The form operates in your browser and prepares a WhatsApp message addressed to Chichi The Event Planner. The information you enter is not sent to our own website server or stored in a site database. The enquiry reaches us only if you choose to send it through WhatsApp.
Contact through other channels
If you contact us by email, phone, Facebook or WhatsApp, the relevant service provider and our team may process the communications needed to respond to you or provide the service requested. Consult those services' privacy notices for their own processing practices.
Website operations
Static website files are delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process operational information such as IP addresses, browser requests and security logs in order to deliver and protect the website. This website does not intentionally set marketing-tracking cookies or run third-party advertising pixels.
